Occasionally you may wish to ask the customer to fill in some information needed to personalise their order. Eg. Their name or preferred colour.


  1. The easiest way to do this is by using our Product Add-on feature which can be found under the "Add New Product" or "Edit Product" screen.

  1. From here, click the "Add Field" button.
  2. A "Type" field will be revealed where you can specify the various inputs available:

    Multiple choice
    Textbox
    Short text
    Long text
    Quantity
    Heading
